This website uses no analytics, no third-party scripts, no advertising pixels, no embedded maps or videos, and no chat widget. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. You can verify all of it by viewing the page source or opening your browser's network panel.

The web server that serves this page keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for security and for counting visits. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted. They are not linked to any other data and are not shared.

If you write

When you email contact [at] salvern.eu we keep what you send us: your name, your contact details and the content of the correspondence, in order to reply and to have the conversation you asked for. Nothing else is done with it. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to build a mailing list.

We keep that correspondence for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Documents

No documents of yours reach us through this website, and none should be sent by email. Any work on your files happens under a signed non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement, inside your own office. That is described in section 06 of the main page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Write to contact [at] salvern.eu. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
